Owen E.R. Moore is a visionary Construction Management Executive, Commercial Real Estate Professional, and
Business Development Leader with over 41 years of cross-industry expertise spanning Oil & Gas, Hydroelectric, Marine,
and Industrial sectors. A premier authority on mechanical insulation, Owen authored and instructed North America’s
first-ever Federal Government-approved trade apprenticeship curriculum for Hull Board/Deck Head insulation and
fireproofing. Throughout a distinguished career as a CEO, General Manager, and REMAX Commercial specialist, he has
built a verifiable track record of directing multi-million-dollar projects, orchestrating corporate mergers, and leading
complex P3 initiatives safely and profitably. Outside of his corporate achievements, Owen serves on the Board of
Directors for a Canadian charitable organization and is a licensed Air Pilot.
